Anywhoo, snowboarding this weekend at Mtn. High. Should be crap. Just going to get the rust out of my de-lifting skills. Maybe try my hand at carving. Oh and to help break in the new boots.
As of this morning, I’ve taken the first step in my attempt to work out at home again. I went to bed “early” last night, got up at about 7:30am this morning, and lifted weights. 2 sets of 10 of each of my usual exercises, with 1 additional set of 10 bench presses. We’ll see how long this lasts. Would be nice to get back in shape. Well, back in whatever shape I was in before stopping. Not really “healthy” shape but healthier shape. I was no obstacle course guy or anything.
