Yesterday and today I woke up at 6:30am and rode the stationary bike, benched a couple sets, curled a set with each arm, tricep’d 1 set, 1 set of leg lifts on the power tower, 1 set of shoulder curls, and 20 squats.  Then my pull ups after my shower.  Today I made the mistake(?) of weighing myself.  I knew I’d be up there, but I wasn’t expecting 224.  I am literally 1 pound away from my past heaviest weight.  That, was a wake up call.

So tonight, I’m going to fix the Specialized, or at least make sure the Giant is good to go, and bring one of them with me to D’s this weekend.  I have to ride.  I’m also going to make it a point to work out in the mornings like I used to.  If I don’t start seeing results, it’s back to 24 for me.  I CANNOT weigh this much.  I just can’t.
